What package is best for my business?
The ideal package depends on your goals and budget. Choose Content if you need high-quality video and photo assets plus a simple strategy with standard support. Select Advertising for everything in Content, plus a full campaign plan, calendar, and self-accessible tracking with faster response times.
What happens if I need extra revisions beyond the two included?
The first two revision rounds are complimentary and scheduled to keep projects on timeline. Additional revisions are charged at $250 per round (excluding GST) and can usually be completed within 1–2 business days, subject to availability.
What are the support response times for each package?
Support response times vary by package to match your business needs: Standard Support in the Content package ensures replies within 3 business days; Medium Priority Support in the Advertising package provides responses within 24–48 hours; and Top Priority Support in the Campaign package guarantees replies within 24 hours, complete with a dedicated account manager for urgent issues.

How long does a typical project take?
Delivery timelines typically range from 5 to 15 business days from production, depending on the project's scale, complexity, and any required revisions, smaller projects may be completed within 10 business days, while larger ones with extensive assets or custom elements approach the 15+ business day mark. Once production is approved, campaign setup and launch occur within 2–3 business days, with ongoing management and optimisations handled continuously throughout the agreed monthly term. Factors such as client feedback speed and availability of materials can influence these timelines, but we prioritise adherence to the planned calendar to maximise results.
Do you handle advertising spend or do I pay platforms directly?
You retain full control of your advertising budget and pay platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) directly via your own ad accounts. We manage strategy, creative, targeting, and daily optimisation within the budget you allocate; a small management fee is included in the Advertising and Campaign packages.
